You may have lost accesss to the database because of a failed credit card debit.
Don’t worry, we will try and recharge your account over the next 7 days, so make sure your credit card information is up to date in your My Account page.
In the meantime, your subscription will be on-hold and will be reinstated once payment is successful.
If we get to the end of the 7 days and we still can’t recharge you account your subscription will be deactivated. Even if this happens it’s ok, you can still reactive your account. Just log into the website, find the Subscriptions tab on the My Account page and click on the resubscribe button on your deactivated Video Game Industry Database subscription.
